Why is my idealized father a man of sacrifice and dedication?

The person I would like to be like is my father. He is a great inspiration to me because he has a big heart, reliability, and a spirit of sacrifice for others. I strive to be a better person by following his teachings.

My father is my ideal man that I want to be like. He has a big heart, reliability, and a spirit of sacrifice for others, which are all qualities I value. For this reason, I have always admired him and consider him my role model.
My father runs a small company. Although it’s not a big company, it’s very important for him to act as the head of a group. When people make mistakes in the company, rather than scolding and criticizing them, he consoles them by saying, “You learn from your mistakes.” Of course, he doesn’t just forgive them indiscriminately. My dad is always there to give them advice so they don’t make the same mistake again. He always tells me, “People make mistakes. So it’s important to forgive them, but more importantly, help them not to repeat the same mistake.” He teaches me to be a broad-minded person.
I also recall a time when my father traveled to different companies to ask for help with a certain initiative in the company. He was told by each company, “If you’re the boss, we can trust you to help us.” I envied my dad for being trusted by others. He said, “To be trusted by others, you have to show them that you are trustworthy. And the best way to do that is through loyalty.” Since then, I’ve been trying to be trustworthy to others.
My father is very dedicated and sacrificial. I like this aspect of my father better than the first two. It may sound funny, but when we order chicken at home, he likes the legs, but he always gives way to me and my brother and eats the wings first, which are not fleshy. He also goes to the dormitories of his employees to help clean them, and during the farming season, he goes down to the countryside to help with the farming work even if my maternal grandmother doesn’t call him. As a doctor and a person who has to sacrifice for others, I am trying to learn this side of my father.
Some people say that it’s not good to keep sacrificing for others, saying, “If a favor continues, it becomes a right.” But I don’t think it’s right to dismiss people who feel rewarded by helping others and who really can’t do anything without our help by saying, “If we keep helping you, you’ll become more dependent.” Just look at the pro bono work of doctors. Elderly people who live alone deep in the mountains really need someone to help them. Does helping them make them more dependent on others? I don’t think so. On the contrary, it will make them feel grateful and motivate them to live harder. That’s why I think it’s important to be sacrificial to others.
My father taught me many lessons, one of which is to have a broad mind. He always tries to understand other people’s point of view and thinks about their situation first. Because of this, I have learned to be considerate of others and to put myself in their shoes.
My father has also taught me the importance of being reliable; he always keeps his promises and does what he says. This earned him the trust of the people around him, and it inspired me to be the same way. I strive to be the kind of person that people can trust.
My father’s spirit of sacrifice is what I most want to emulate. He puts the happiness of others before his own interests. He spares no time or effort to help others. This inspires me to live a life of dedication to others.
My idealized father is the person I want to be like. His big heart, dependability, and spirit of sacrifice for others are a great inspiration to me. I will continue to follow his teachings and strive to improve myself and become a better person. Through this process, I hope to one day become a respected person like my father.
I am constantly striving to become a better person through my father’s teachings. By imitating my father’s big heart, trustworthiness, and sacrifice for others, I hope to be a good influence on others. With these teachings in mind, I will continue to strive to improve myself and become a better person.
My father also always emphasizes hard work, whether at work or at home, he always tries his best and puts his heart into every little thing. Watching him do this, I have developed the habit of doing my best in everything I do. His integrity has been a great inspiration to me, and I strive to be a person who lives with integrity.
My father has also taught me the importance of responsibility. He always takes responsibility for his work and tries to see it through to completion. This has been a great lesson for me, and I strive to be a responsible person myself.
I will continue to take my father’s teachings to heart and strive to be a better person. By imitating my father’s big heart, trustworthiness, and spirit of sacrifice for others, I hope to be a good influence on others. Through this process, I hope that one day I will become a respected person like my father.
