University Student Body President-Elect Statement
Hello everyone, I’m ○○○, the 14th student body president. I would like to thank my classmates for their support and belief in me. I will do my best not to disappoint those of you who supported other candidates, and I will strive for the welfare of my fellow students, even to the extent of what the other candidates were trying to accomplish. The truth is that I am a very inadequate person, and the thought of being the representative face of our school overwhelms me. It’s a heavy cross to bear for me, someone who is lacking and ordinary. Schools are long gone as places of learning, and the reality is that schools are suffering from industrialization. What I can assure you is that I will do my best to ensure that students have a better environment to hone and polish their studies.
Defeatism, cynicism, and apathy are all over the place, and extreme egotism and individualism are rampant, not only in society at large but also in schools. If I had a wish, I would like school to be a place where people treat people with sincerity and not just think of school as a place to study. I wish we could socialize with each other as a group and not as individuals. I also realize that our students are always struggling with the heavy tuition fees. I assure you that I will endeavor to implement scholarship improvement measures as soon as possible for the welfare of our shady and lonely students. I will do my best for the welfare of our students.
I hope that our school will be full of brightness and health, which will help everyone realize their own dreams and ideals. Thank you all for attending. I will always be a hard worker for you, thank you.
High School Student Council President-Elect Speech
Hello, my name is ○○○, the 22nd student council president, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, my classmates, for believing in me and supporting me so that I can greet you as your student council president. I am so grateful that you trusted me and entrusted me with the position of representing our school, even though I am a very inexperienced person, but I am also overwhelmed and worried.
I will do my best to fulfill the promises that I made when I was a candidate for student body president. First of all, I plan to work on the most urgent issue that I spoke to you about most strongly, which is to provide a variety of classes using self-study time. Independent study time is exactly what it sounds like: time to study on your own. But while it’s important for our students to have time to study on their own, I know more than anyone else that many of you want to catch up on classes that you’ve had trouble keeping up with, so I’m going to make it possible for you to do so on a voluntary basis. Not only that, but I’m going to make sure that you have as much variety as possible in the types of remedial classes you need, so that you have the best possible environment to improve your learning.
I will also implement voluntary dress code, and I will try to reach a quick and reasonable conclusion on the issue of dress code after consulting with the school administration. I will do my best to create a better environment for students to hone and refine their academic skills.
I will do my best not to disappoint the students who supported other candidates. I know that the strategies put forward by other candidates are ultimately for the development of the school and the development of the students. Therefore, I will consider and think about what other candidates were trying to achieve and strive for the welfare of the students.
I hope to be of great help by creating an environment where the school is full of brightness and health, where everyone can fulfill their dreams. I will do my best to create a comfortable learning environment for students. I would like to thank you once again for voting for me. I will always be a hard worker for you, thank you very much.
High School Student Council Vice President Elect
Hello, everyone! Dear students of ○○ High School, I am a person with more shortcomings than advantages. But I know that it is because of your trust that I am standing in the position of vice president. I would like to start by saying that I am grateful to you for giving me the opportunity to serve our school.
The Vice President’s role is a narrower one than the President’s, which is why it is sometimes mistaken for a position in name only, and why it is not uncommon for Vice Presidents to see themselves as the President’s secretary. However, I will not neglect my duties as Vice President, and I will not be satisfied with merely keeping time at meetings or counting votes, but will work to ensure that communication within the school runs smoothly by assisting the President.
I believe that the most important value of student government is active communication with you, the student body, because if there is a lack of communication between students and student government, and if student government is not representing the views of students, then there is no point in having a student government. Therefore, during my time as Vice President, I will work hard to listen to you and make sure that your voices are heard. If the role of the President is to look at the whole school, to be the center of the student body, to coordinate the whole student body, then I believe that the role of the Vice President is to be on the ground, close to you, to listen to you and make sure that your voices are heard. So I need your help this year. I need you to tell me your stories. This year, I’m going to listen.
As I stand before you today, I don’t believe I have been given an unfettered power, and I begin my first day as Vice Chairman with a heavy responsibility. Please watch over me and offer praise, encouragement, and stinging words of advice and admonishment. I will do my best throughout the year to ensure that our high school is truly a place of learning, a place of vibrant togetherness. And that concludes my remarks. Thank you, students, for listening.
Middle School Representative Election Acceptance Speech
Good morning, everyone! Dear students of ○○ Middle School, on this glorious day, I would like to thank you all for your great trust and support during the election campaign. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the other candidates who competed with me as good faith competitors. I promise you that above all else, I will be a representative who will live up to your expectations and trust. I will be a representative who will not betray your trust.
When I think about it, I was a candidate with very little to offer. I don’t have an exceptionally pretty face, nor do I have a unique personality or eloquence to entertain you. In fact, I was the smallest and clumsiest of the candidates, and I realize that my undeserved honor of being your representative is all because of the promises I made and the sincerity behind them.
Even though we are already middle school students, we are not yet functioning as owners of the school. As you may recall, I promised an exciting school atmosphere, and my main pledges included the formation of a student council and the establishment of our own disciplinary committee, based on the motto of a student-led school.
Thank you for voting for me. I cannot help but be overwhelmed by your wisdom and affection for the transformation of the school, and I know that your grace is like a mountain, believing in my ability and sincerity, not my appearance. Now it is my turn to repay your expectations and grace.
Once the new student council is inaugurated, I will immediately work with the vice presidents and student council executives to reorganize the school, and I promise that I will spare no effort to repay you for your support. I promise you again that I will wholeheartedly honor the promises I made to you during the campaign. I am looking forward to tomorrow, to building a school with you and for you. I ask you to put your trust in me as you have today. Together with me, together with the Student Council, let’s create our own little society where students own the school. Thank you for listening.
Winner of the Middle School Presidential Election
Hello, fellow students. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for pushing me to become student council president. Now that I’m president, I have a lot of weight on my shoulders, but I promise to do my best during the semester to fulfill your vote. I will be a student body president who walks the walk and runs the run, not just talks the talk.
First, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the promises I made when I ran for president: I will listen to you, and if there is something that needs to be changed or fixed, I will talk to your teachers, but I will be as transparent as possible so that there is no misunderstanding between teachers and students. Secondly, I will try to create a fair environment for everyone to study and work hard as a student. Thirdly, I will set up a voting system to prevent people from bullying others or exerting undue power, so that students who are not enjoying their school life as much as they want can be protected.
If the above situations are accomplished, I believe that our middle school will become a school where everyone can go to school with a smile on their face, and when we think of our alma mater in the future, it will be remembered with happy memories, not unhappy memories, and as a proud student of our middle school. I believe that the position of student council president is not important, but as a representative of all students, he or she should strive to make school life better. Above all, he or she should set an example for others and listen to everyone’s opinions without neglecting them.
I’m determined to do my best, even if I don’t achieve my goals, and to do that I need the help of the students. I ask you to believe in me as much as I believe in you, and I thank you once again for electing me as your student council president, and I will work hard with both feet to fulfill my resolve.
Student Council President Winning Speech
Good morning, everyone, I would like to say a few words before today’s meeting. First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your support in electing me to this honorable position. Like everyone who has ever been a member of the PTA, I have always been interested in ensuring that children’s education is true and correct. As a parent of a son in middle school, I have been watching my son and the middle school with parental concern and parental affection. Then, I had a great opportunity to run for the PTA election, and I am honored to be here today. I will do my best to contribute to true education.
From now on, I know that my initial love and concern will extend not only to one parent, but to the entire student body of our middle school, and to school education in general. My position as a parent before PTA president may actually be like a poisoned chalice. Before coordination with the school, parents may only think about their children and their situation, and that’s why today, as I step into the responsible position of PTA president, I want to keep in mind that this is more about coordination and communication than anything else.
Today, I am not just a mother of one child, I am the voice of 300 mothers, and I listen to the opinions of 300 mothers. Therefore, today is the time to make the greatest effort to discuss and compromise with the school so that we can reach true education. I hope you can help me keep my balance and give me a lot of support and stern advice. I hope to have an in-depth discussion with you at the Parent Teacher Organization meeting and propose a suitable alternative to the faltering school education.
I begin today with a pleasant burden. I will endeavor to be the kind of PTA president that you have elected and trusted me to be, and I hope you will follow my progress with affection. That’s all from me, now let’s move on to the formalities of the meeting.
Middle School Class President-Elect
Dear students, first of all, thank you so much for electing me as your class president. I know it’s not easy being the leader of a class. I will not just be a class leader in name only, but a class leader who will work hard with both feet to solve your problems. To do this, I will keep my ears open to hear your opinions, and I will also run a counseling system so that friends who are being treated unfairly can trust me and talk to me.
It seems to be more common these days for multiple people in a class to bully a single friend, and I’ve seen friends get depressed because they can’t talk to their parents or teachers about their worries, but just talking to a teacher and temporarily yelling at the bully a few times doesn’t seem to be a solution. So I want to be there for my friend who is being bullied, and I will listen to her story and have a deep discussion with her teacher and parents to solve the real problem. I will try to make sure that nothing bad happens in our class in the long run.
I will try to create an atmosphere where everyone can focus on studying because that’s what students are supposed to do, but I also believe that we should create an atmosphere where our friends can reach their own goals in class, even if it’s not necessarily studying. I will create a classroom environment where we can all be independent and considerate of each other and listen to the teacher in class.
But I can’t do it alone, and I don’t think it’s right to impose myself in the name of class president. As much as you have trusted me and voted for me, I believe that you will trust me and follow me. Let’s be a class A class in the third grade where we can work hard when studying and play hard when playing.
If I fail to keep my promises to you, or if you think my behavior is lazy, please reprimand me strictly, and if I try my best but fail to make progress, please encourage me with generosity. Let’s all work together to make this the best and most united class in our middle school. Thank you.
High School Class Election Winner’s Statement
Hello everyone, I would like to start by saying thank you for voting me as your class representative. Although I am a person with more flaws than strengths, I believe you voted for me to serve our class well, and I will do my best.
I am so excited for my new high school life. I hope you feel the same way, because just the fact that we’re in the same class for the first time in high school is an amazing connection.
Before I started high school, I was worried about the stress of entrance exams and studying, but now that I’ve just started, I realize that I don’t want to focus on what high school life is all about yet, but rather on making friends and doing lots of extracurricular activities.
New beginnings are scary, so I’m actually scared, but since you, the students, have now elected me as your class president, I’m going to push through that fear and help you. I love to listen. I’m confident that this aspect of my personality will help me to listen to and coordinate everyone. I believe that being a captain is a position of service, and that’s what I emphasized the most in my campaign. I dare to swear that my pledge will not be an empty promise. I promise that if there is something that needs to be done, I will do it before anyone else, and I will be your ears and feet for the semester. My hope is that the two of us will work together to make your classroom experience enjoyable, not challenging. I will strive to create an atmosphere of friendship and a lively, cheerful classroom that emphasizes camaraderie over learning.
You elected me to be your class president, so I will live up to that expectation, and I will need your help. It will take a lot of hard work on my part and yours as well. I am so grateful that you have given me the opportunity to help you and I wish you all the best for the semester. Thank you.
Middle School Class President-Elect Statement (emphasis added)
I would like to begin by saying thank you, and I promise to repay you for the faith and support you placed in me through yesterday’s class president election. I would also like to congratulate and thank all of the outstanding and strong candidates who competed with me in good faith yesterday.
It is often said that school is a microcosm of society, because it is a training ground before entering the real world. Among the diverse friends in the classroom, we learn to live together, to pull together, and to unite. But because of our different personalities, fights and antagonisms often arise, and things like bullying happen that shouldn’t.
As class president, I will do my best to make sure that our class is a place of unity, and as ‘Mencius’ said, ‘The chances of heaven fall short of a solid fortress, and a solid fortress falls short of the unity of men. ‘ We will have to work on the unity of our class more than anything else. We will be living in the same room for a year. If there is one thing in school that is more important than grades, more important than teachers, it is friendships and classroom atmosphere. For a positive atmosphere, for strong friendships, we need to be able to recognize and love each other in all their colors. This is where unity comes in.
As you may know, an orchestra has a conductor. Compared to the instruments and players, each of which makes a beautiful sound, the conductor’s role seems insignificant. But it’s the conductor who makes those sounds come together and form a harmony that’s pleasing to the ear. I will do my best to be the best conductor to bring our class together, and I hope you will help me by loving and caring for your classmates and helping me to create a beautiful chord. I compared the class president to a conductor earlier, but an orchestra with only a conductor is not an orchestra. An orchestra must be a place where the players work together, and I hope that we, who are in the most delicate period of our lives, the long-remembered adolescence, can achieve a beautiful harmony. May only beautiful friendships and happiness fill our class. In closing, I would like to thank you all once again for your support. I wish you all the best this year. Let’s make the most beautiful chord in the world.
High school senior class president-elect
First of all, I would like to thank my classmates for electing me as the class president. I am not a very good student and I have many shortcomings, but I believe that my amicable personality and sense of service are the reasons why I am honored to stand in this position.
We are now in our third year of high school. It is a time when a lot of things in the future depend on what we do now. It’s a time when we’re all starting to form the outlines of our future careers and dreams, and it’s also a time when we’re taking those steps from childhood daydreams to full-fledged reality. For me, the role of class president falls on my shoulders at such an important time. I will do my best to act as a mediator for the class when conflicts, big and small, arise, and I’m confident that my rounded personality will help me listen to everyone and keep everyone in line.
I believe that class president is a position to serve, not to be served, and I want to look out for my classmates and serve them. That’s what I emphasized the most in my campaign. I dare say that my pledge will not be an empty promise. I promise that I will be your ears and feet throughout the year. If there’s something that needs to be done, I’ll be the first to do it. If there’s something that you’re frustrated about or fighting about, I’ll listen to you fairly and impartially. My hope is that the atmosphere in our class doesn’t get heated or apathetic over the course of the year, and that we all give 200% of our abilities to move forward into that distant future. It’s going to take a lot of hard work from me and a lot of hard work from you to get there. Let’s all work hard to make sure that we’re all smiling and celebrating each other’s accomplishments next year. Thank you again, classmates. I wish you all the best for the year ahead.
Elementary School Class President-Elect (Future Resolutions)
Hello everyone, thank you so much for electing me as your class president. It’s a great honor to be elected, and it’s made even better by each and every one of your votes.
Before I was elected, I once told my father that I was running for class representative, and he gave me this advice: “If you want to be a class representative, you must first get rid of your ego. You must always be willing to take the lead and do the dirty work of the class, and you must be humble and willing to listen to everyone in the class.” He told me that being a representative of the majority is hard and demanding, but it is also rewarding when people’s opinions are listened to and reflected. At that time, I thought that being a representative of a class was not an easy task, but based on his words and this experience, I decided to run for the position because I thought that it would help me understand people better and grow as a good human being. I also thought that I wanted to convey the opinions of the students to the teacher and show my best abilities. After listening to my father’s speech, I deeply realized that I will take this opportunity to gather everyone’s opinions and renew my commitment to be an equitable class representative for everyone.
Therefore, I would like to briefly talk about my goals as class president. First, I will try to do small things to make our class the best class in the school. Second, a class president is a worker who listens to each and every one of you. I will do my best to convey your opinions to the teacher, and I will do my best to convey the teacher’s opinions to you, and I hope that you will be patient with me if I don’t follow through with your ideas. Finally, it is my goal to make this class a place where everyone not only does their best in school, but also has a smile on their face. My election was the result of your votes, one vote at a time, and I will do my best to fulfill your expectations. Thank you.
Sample High School Presidential Election Thank You
Dear students, First of all, I am overwhelmed with gratitude that you voted for me to be your class president. At the same time, I would like to thank my friends and all of you who have always supported me. I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate my commitment to you.
I will always fulfill the duties of a class president, not just wielding power in the name of being a class president. I will take responsibility for whatever happens and make smart improvements to solve your problems. I will always try to listen to your stories, and I will be your best friend and problem solver so that you feel comfortable enough to talk to me. I will respect the opinions of the majority, but I will also respect the opinions of the powerless minority. Bullying has become an unhealthy tradition in many schools. What’s worse is that bullies don’t feel comfortable talking to their teachers about their situation, and even if they do, it often backfires and puts them in an even more difficult situation because it temporarily draws attention to the bullies, and even if they tell their parents, it doesn’t solve the problem. I completely understand how they feel, and I can’t fix the situation right away, but I’m going to continue to think about it and work hard to make it better. Not only that, but I’m going to continue to work on other issues as well. It takes a lot of time for things to get better. If you try to solve a problem in the moment, you will only have peace for that moment, and then another problem will come along. A wise person looks to the future rather than the immediate problem in front of them. I, too, am thinking about the future of our class and will do my best to make your school life happy.
If at any time you feel that I am not doing my best as class president, I will accept any advice you can give me, and I will also ask you to give me your advice and encouragement. Once again, thank you for electing me as your class president, and let’s work together to make this a rewarding school year for everyone. Sincerely
