New hire retreat closing remarks
Hello, my name is ○○○, and I’m a new employee ready for success. I’m very pleased to welcome you as a new employee of ○○, having overcome an unusually harsh job market. I still remember the nervousness and excitement I felt when I first heard the news that I had been hired. Time has already flown by and I’ve already completed my four weeks of group training and am currently undergoing induction training. During the four weeks I spent here, I learned about ○○ Group’s five core values and management philosophy. Seeing our company’s goals and spirit, which are different from other companies, made me feel satisfied with my choice once again, as they are similar to my own philosophy of living with respect for people and nature. The time I spent with my fellow colleagues has been invaluable in my life, as I was able to let go of my selfishness and learn about the importance of living together with people.
I’m not finished yet, but listening to the lectures and advice from various seniors at ○○ during the week, I was able to embrace new challenges in my heart. I also vowed to work harder so as not to disappoint the seniors who told me that you are the ones who will lead ○○ in the future. And as they kindly explained the unfamiliar ○○ stories and company life, I was able to imagine the kind of senior I should be in the future. I think that this great opportunity came to me in a difficult time because of my efforts to make everything fun. I think that if you can’t enjoy the moment, you can’t do your best in every moment. I want to stay true to reality every day, so I want to learn the confidence that I can do it rather than thinking about it as difficult. I think that I was able to do my best in every moment and be where I am now because of my efforts to make everything fun rather than tedious.
I recently heard a quote that says, “The likelihood of success depends on whether you are willing to admit failure, be ridiculed, and face difficulties hundreds of times a day.” But for that, you must first truly love what you do and have enough confidence in its value. I will be proud to be a member of ○○ and do my best for myself and ○○’s success.
Advice from the CEO to new employees
Hello, new recruits, you have the best passion in the world. Congratulations on making it through a grueling week of new hire training. When you first received your acceptance letter from the company, you probably felt your spirits soar at the sight of those two letters, and you thought ambitiously, “I’m going to bury my bones in this company.” I think this ambition and pride shines brightest when you’re a new hire.
I’ve been thinking about ambition and passion a lot more as I’ve watched you guys at this training, and you’ve met some of the most motivated people I’ve ever met in my life, and I’ve met some of the most passionate and ambitious people I’ve ever met in my life, and I’ve met some of the most ambitious people I’ve ever met in my life. But I want to say this before you get to work: there’s something even more important than passion and ambition, and that’s unity. A company is never run by one person’s efforts alone; it’s only when those efforts are combined with the strength and efforts of others that good results can be achieved, which in turn leads to the development of the company. Don’t be a self-righteous new hire – it’s better for you, it’s better for me, and it’s better for the company.
After this training, you will enter the workplace, and there will be many challenges and joys that will come your way. As you work, you often forget what you started with and who you were at the beginning. Whenever you do, think back to the past week of new employee training. Your ambition, enthusiasm, and camaraderie is what drives the company forward. I hope that the ambition, enthusiasm, and the initial spirit of friendship and harmony will be deeply engraved in your hearts as well as in mine. Thank you for successfully completing the week-long training program. To the new employees who have joined ○○ Company. Please accept my sincere welcome.
New employee representative New employee training session review
Hello, I’m ○○○, a new employee who prides himself on being the best in the world when it comes to enthusiasm, and I’m honored to be able to express my feelings here on behalf of this group of new employees. When I was a freshman at university, I went to MT for socialization, and when I joined the company, I spent a week with you all in the form of new employee training. I’ve gotten to know many of you, and some of you I haven’t gotten to know yet, but I think this is the beginning.
I remember when I got my first acceptance letter from the company. I’m sure you were probably similar to me, but when I saw the word “accepted,” I felt like my legs were going to fly off the ground, and I had an ambitious thought: “I’m going to bury my bones in this company.” And when I imagined myself growing after joining the company and the far future, I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face. Most of all, what was good for me was the pride of being at ○○.
There were some people who had known me since the first day of training, when I came to the company with ambition and pride, and from my work study. There were also some college seniors or classmates, but for the most part, everyone was new to me. It was a lot of unfamiliarity, but it was also exciting. Because even though I had just met them today, these were people I would probably see for the rest of my life, right?
In fact, at first I thought I would be at the top of the list in terms of enthusiasm and ambition, but after a week of training together, eating, sleeping, and working as a team, I realized that the enthusiasm and ambition of all of you sitting here is too strong to rank.
I remember a lot about the last day’s schedule, which was a morning hike in the mountains. I’ve never been a big fan of mountain climbing, in fact, I don’t even like it very much. The determination, ambition, and enthusiasm I had on the first day was gone, and I even thought I was being bothered by the idea of going up a mountain for nothing. But as I climbed to the top of the mountain, encouraged by my colleagues, a lot of thoughts came to me: this is what it means to live together, this is what it means to work together.
On the first day of the training, my head was filled with the idea that I only had to do well. I thought that no matter what I did, I would do my best to do my job without harming anyone else, and that was the best way for our company, for me, and for my colleagues. However, this new employee training made me realize that there is something more important than passion and ambition: friendship and harmony. I realized that a company is not run by one person’s efforts alone, and that my efforts are only as good as the strength and efforts of others. Looking back on it now, it seems like such an obvious truth, but one that I could have easily missed. I have an extreme thought that if I hadn’t attended this new employee training, I would have become a self-absorbed, self-absorbed employee who thought only of himself for the rest of his life.
Passion and ambition are the hallmarks of a new employee, but I would like to add the virtues of camaraderie and harmony to that list. I want us to be a company where we look out for each other’s interests, guide each other when things get tough, and celebrate when things go well. As the saying goes, a collar is a collar, and we were in the same room for a week. We really feel like we’ve met a thousand times in our lives.
After this training, we will enter the real world, and there will be many difficulties and joys. Whenever we do, let’s think back to this week of new employee training. I hope that the ambition and enthusiasm and the initial feeling of friendship and harmony will be deeply engraved in your hearts as well as mine. Thank you.
New employee introductory speech
I’m overwhelmed with emotion as I stand here in front of you to announce my new job. I read in a book that “those who dream for a long time finally become like their dreams.” After reading it, I promised myself that no matter what, I would never give up my passion for what I want to do. The result of this is that I am now a new employee of ○○. However, there are still many things I don’t know, and Company ○○ is a big and difficult place for me, but I am confident that I can do it, and I will enjoy and be enthusiastic about learning with my fellow new employees.
The process of joining our company was like a sun chick breaking through the hard shell surrounding it with all its might and stepping out into the new world. The one ray of light that I kept in my heart during the tough times, even through successive failures and setbacks, was my belief in myself. My constant self-affirmation and enthusiasm were the driving forces that made me proud to join our company. It’s been a long wait for this glorious moment of becoming a part of our family.
I believe that an individual is only recognized as a member and empowered to perform when he or she is integrated into the organization he or she belongs to. Therefore, I will always actively participate in the big and small things that happen in our company and play a role in energizing others, so that I can be recognized as one of the company’s employees.
I am now looking forward to taking a new leap forward in the company that has helped me discover my value. I’m just an ugly duckling who doesn’t know anything yet, but I hope to become a swan soaring in the best ○○ professional company in the near future. I’m still a new employee, so I’ll be learning from small things, but I’ll take ownership of even the smallest tasks and work sincerely. I will not be a passive person who accepts the company’s work as a given, but an active person who can find and work for himself.
Lastly, I would like to thank the executives who saw my potential for growth and welcomed me into the family, and I will make sure that the feelings and promises made at the moment of my new hire presentation will never fade over time.
Writing a New Hire Story
I’m ○○○, an enthusiastic new employee. I am honored to be the first to share my impressions of the company. Although it was a short week, it was a meaningful time to build strong friendships with my colleagues. I would like to thank everyone for creating a valuable training opportunity that I have never experienced before.
First of all, a week’s training period is not enough time to know all the business of our company, but it is enough time for a new employee full of energy to know what kind of attitude and mindset to work with in the future.
My main duties now are research and application development on data broadcasting systems and standardization research on ACAP, a data broadcasting standard. Since it is a new field and there is limited data in Korea, I am studying through related research institutes, advice from seniors, and data from overseas sites. At first, I was half afraid and half excited to adapt to new people and new environment, but now I am learning one by one with the warm consideration and teaching of my seniors.
The most memorable words I have heard during my training period are the words of our Executive Director. “Always go back to the beginning.” He said that he always came to work with a humble heart, no matter how many years have passed since his first assignment, one year, three years, or ten years. He said that he always thought of himself as a rookie and vowed to work hard. I would like to emulate the constant development spirit of the director, the charismatic leadership of the director, and everyone’s passion and love for their work. I vow to be a passionate employee who is constantly researching and working in my field.
I believe that a broadcasting company’s technology lab is not just about new technologies. I recently visited the broadcasting center and had the opportunity to visit each department, and I was able to hear in-depth stories that were different from the job introductions during the group training. The stories made me think about my role in the lab in the future.
When I first joined the company, I made a promise to myself. I made a promise to myself to create technology that can think like a human being, and I will try to keep that promise and introduce and research technology that can be thought of and used from the other person’s point of view. I want to fulfill this promise. I want to fulfill my goal, and I want to succeed together. Thank you.
