Thank you for welcoming me. My name is ○○○ and I am the new CEO of ○○ Education. I am honored to succeed such a great person as Mr. ○○○, and I feel a sense of mission to build this company into a really good company.
If I had to describe ○○ Education as I know it today, I would say that it is an English-centered educational publishing company, and its strength is rooted in its efforts to create good materials, which is expressed as ‘excellence’, and its efforts to run the business correctly, which is ‘degree management’.
Before I talk about how to develop this kind of ○○ education in the future, I would like to share my thoughts and experiences about education. I believe that education is a conscious and intentional activity that changes people in a desirable direction, and I would like to share a short story about my experience with this.
When I traveled to China on a business trip a few years ago, I saw a building being demolished and people were removing bricks by hand, one by one, so that they could recycle them. In Korea, no matter how good a building is, when they demolish it, they crush it with a forklift. I realized that in some countries, used bricks are more expensive than human labor, and in some countries, human labor is more expensive. So what is the source of power that made the difference?
I would say it’s education, and education is like the driving force that makes people do something more valuable than the cost of a used brick. So what education does is it helps people do something more valuable, and people can realize their dreams of doing something more valuable through education.
I think that in the future, ○○ Education will have to find out, “How can we add a little more value to what we’re doing now?” And I think it will have to develop in a way that makes it more valuable by putting human effort into the process. I’m going to have a lot of discussions with you about that path.
I’d like to share with you something a little more personal: I believe that education shouldn’t just be about imparting knowledge. It should be about empowering students to think independently, to solve problems, and that’s why we need to keep asking questions about the nature of education and keep trying to find better answers. It’s important to give children not just knowledge, but the power to think and decide for themselves.
I’ve been thinking about what a CEO should do. First and foremost, I think I have a responsibility to make you, the workers, happy, and I think happiness is not only financially possible, but it can only be achieved if you have pride in your work, if you enjoy the process of working, and if you have trust in each other. I think we are lacking in many things, and I think we can do well with your help. Please help us and let’s do well together. Thank you very much.

Dear employees, it’s a pleasure to be here. Today, I stand before you as the president of ○○ Tour, a company with a short history and tradition of ○○ years. I am overwhelmed with a great responsibility for the development of ○○Tours, and I am also worried, but seeing the bright and supportive faces and determination of all the employees in this room gives me confidence that we can overcome any difficulties or challenges.
The ○○ Tour was founded in the year ○○, and this year marks its ○○th anniversary. I am very pleased to be able to work with the family members who have been the center of ○○Tours for the past ○○ years of its history. During this time, our company has successfully overcome many challenges and established a solid position in the tourism industry in Korea and abroad. This success is due to the dedication and hard work of all of you. I will do my best to build on this experience and know-how to continue our growth in the future.
I have long had an interest and affection for the tourism industry, and I have always thought that it is a fascinating industry. It is an important way to showcase a country’s culture and nature to the world, and it can be an important pillar of economic growth. Now I would like to mention some of the problems I have with the current state of the Korean tourism industry.
First, the status of tourism in Korea is rather weak compared to its potential, including the size of our economy. We have a rich cultural heritage and beautiful nature, but we are not utilizing them effectively. For this, we need comprehensive support and policy backing at the national level.
Second, the national competitiveness of the tourism industry is not at a satisfactory level, which I believe is due to the lack of various efforts to increase the competitiveness of Korea’s tourism industry. To address these issues, we urgently need to come up with measures to increase the competitiveness of our ○○tour. We need to explore new markets and strengthen our position in the global tourism industry through more creative and innovative methods.
First, we need to dramatically improve our tourism infrastructure and environment. I think that improving and diversifying the tour guide system and accommodation facilities, and revitalizing the training of tourism workers are good measures that ○○Tour is currently promoting. In addition, we will introduce international-level “storytelling” techniques and use foreign workers. We will also take full advantage of technological advances to actively utilize digital marketing and online platforms.
We will also actively utilize the mass media to build a national consensus so that Korea can develop as a global tourism destination. In addition, we will strengthen our promotional and marketing activities to develop overseas markets. In particular, we will build a broader global network that is not limited to a specific country or region, but aims for a diversified market.
We believe that none of this is possible without labor-management relations based on mutual trust and respect. We will further develop a win-win labor-management culture by practicing transparent management, sharing information, respecting the union’s position, and actively accepting future-oriented opinions. We pledge to do our best to lay the foundation for ○○Tours to compete with advanced tourism countries by using the period of change ahead as an opportunity for leapfrogging. We also plan to maximize customer satisfaction by proactively identifying customer needs and providing customized services accordingly. To achieve this, all employees must be united in one mind and open new paths with a spirit of constant innovation and challenge.

Today, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the future of ○○, which you have built with your blood, sweat, and tears. I intend to fulfill the enormous and honorable responsibility that has been entrusted to me with passion and effort. Thanks to your hard work and dedication, we have overcome many difficulties to get to this point, and it is because of you that we are able to move forward unwaveringly. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to you.
We will make a new history with you by utilizing the strength and spirit of ○○, which has been running for a long time, overcoming all kinds of adverse conditions, and turning even pain into hope, as a precious asset. We have been moving forward hand in hand, trusting and relying on each other, even in the face of numerous difficulties, and the result is the ○○ we are today.
I make a promise to all of our employees. We will usher in a great era of ○○ that will be loved by the people. We will be proud to recall that ○○ was at the center of Korea’s historical transition. Our hard work and dedication will be more than just a success, but a great legacy that will be passed on to future generations. Just as we remember these achievements with pride, we must now stand at the center of another transition so that we can look back on today and say with pride.
The world is now rapidly moving from an industrialized society to an information and knowledge society to a creative society, and from an analog to a digital society. New advanced technologies and advanced management systems are flooding in. Customer demands are getting higher and more diverse every day. To keep up with these changes, we need to constantly innovate and improve, not settle for the old ways.
To survive in this business environment, quality is fundamental, and the best products must be developed first. In such an environment, our future will only be guaranteed if we adapt ourselves to the new environment and become competitive and capable, and that will only be possible if we gather our strength and will.
To quickly adapt to the new era, new business environment, new customer needs, and even create new leaps forward, we need bigger changes, faster changes. We must face the fact that there is still a huge gap between the level of change we have made and the level of change our customers demand. To close this gap, to build a better future, we must each do our best in our respective positions.
And let’s create a ○○ that does our best until our customers are satisfied, a ○○ that unites all employees with a sense of ownership, a ○○ that provides better services based on a stable financial structure, and a ○○ that looks ahead to the future and prepares for it. Our goal is not just to survive, but to lead.

Hello, everyone! Hello, a hopeful new year has dawned. Did you have a good rest during the Lunar New Year holiday? Lunar New Year 2024 falls on a Sunday, so I’m sure you didn’t get to enjoy the long holiday, but I hope you had a short but meaningful time. The first day of a new year is always a moment of excitement and anticipation, but it also brings with it a lot of new resolutions and commitments. It’s great to see you all here on this hopeful new morning.
Before we know it, we’re hunkered down by the cold weather, and if it stays this way, it looks like the ground and plants will freeze over before spring arrives. However, it’s said that a cold winter is necessary for a beautiful spring, because without a cold winter, the spring that does arrive will be pest-ridden and fruitless. So our desire for a warm winter is selfish in the grand scheme of things. If you can’t avoid the cold, why not enjoy it? May your New Year’s enthusiasm melt away the cold.
Today, I stand before you with a fresh start and a sense of mission to work with you to shape the future of our company. Our company has a long history and tradition, and we’ve accomplished a lot over the years, but it’s time for us to stop resting on our laurels and start moving forward. We must face the reality that in these rapidly changing times, we must always be one step ahead, or we will be left behind.
Dear colleagues! The year 2024 was a very challenging year for us advisors. The stock market has been turbulent, and I believe that the future of our firm can only be secured by our employees’ willingness and attitude to take this crisis as an opportunity to rebound, to constantly challenge, change and innovate. So far, we have overcome many difficulties to grow, so we must face future challenges with a positive mindset and never be afraid of them.
I believe that in order for our company to regain its past reputation and forge a solid future, harmony and communication among employees is paramount. I plan to establish an internal liaison network to facilitate smooth communication among employees. Good communication within the organization will naturally create an atmosphere of cooperation, which in turn will strengthen our competitiveness. If we recognize the importance of such communication and put it into practice, we will be able to achieve true teamwork.
Dear employees! We are expecting 2024 to be a less challenging year than 2023, thankfully. However, we cannot be complacent. We will achieve even greater success if we make the most of the opportunities that are presented to us, and if we all work together as one to achieve our goals. Season’s greetings from the inaugural president of a securities information company

The sound of cicadas is fading into the distance, and the cosmos along the roadside announces the arrival of fall. When I take a moment to look out the window on my way to work, I see the cosmos in full bloom, giving off an autumnal vibe. Fall is always a quiet season that prepares us for the fruits of our labor, but this year it’s more thought-provoking than ever.
This summer, we were expecting a summer rally with earnings, but instead we got a massive sell-off. The gains that many investors had hoped for all summer were gone, and the markets were facing a steep decline. We’re all learning a lot from this, not just investors.
Even in the midst of the volatility of a market crash, we should be looking forward to the bounty of fall. As we prepare for a bountiful harvest, many investors may be feeling more deeply troubled and worried than usual. However, we are concerned that many will not feel the warmth of the harvest season. In this situation, we need to give investors a sense of security and provide them with a direction to move forward.
We are currently Korea’s leading securities and financial knowledge company, providing individual investors with the best community, as well as a variety of useful content and solutions. We are also expanding and strengthening our business areas through wired and wireless services such as the Internet, mobile phones, and PDAs, and have further solidified our position as the number one company in our industry. This is not just an achievement expressed in numbers, but an expression of our will to fulfill our responsibility to help our customers dream and realize a better future through our services.
With the confidence and know-how we have gained in the securities business, we launched ○○ to provide our customers with a higher level of comprehensive financial services. Through ○○, we will become a pioneer in digital finance by providing comprehensive financial services to customers with a variety of useful contents in the intangible space of the Internet. It’s going to be a bumpy ride from the start. But this is the best opportunity we’ve ever had, and I’m determined to put our company at the top of our industry, and I need you to make it happen. Together, let’s navigate the difficult realities. We can’t just follow the changes in the market, we have to be the pioneers of change.
We will do everything in our power to create value in our customers’ financial lives by providing them with differentiated and diverse content, and to fulfill their needs. On my way to work for the first time, I absentmindedly looked up at the sky. The moment I opened the car window, the breeze that blew through the window was cool enough to wash away the hardships in my heart. This refreshing breeze felt like a sign of a new beginning. It warmed my heart already to think that it is now fall, and that Chuseok is coming. Chuseok, a national holiday, should warm the hearts of even the toughest of people. It’s a day that brings us comfort and joy in itself, and it’s also a time for family and friends to spend quality time with each other.
In this month of cool autumn and Chuseok, I stand before you as the CEO of our company, and it is especially meaningful to be with you at a time when we are taking a new leap forward with the onset of fall. Our company provides services to more than 2,100 healthcare organizations in 25 countries around the world. We started our overseas expansion in 1998 and have provided solutions to more than 2,100 medical centers in 25 countries, including Korea. The hard work and achievements have been accumulated, and we have grown into a global company that the world is paying attention to. All of this has been possible thanks to the dedication and passion of all of you who have worked together as one.
And with overseas joint ventures in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, China, Germany, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and the UAE, we are growing to become a global leader. Our success is not just about the development of our company, but also the pride of Korea. At some point, our company became the pride of Korea. I have to give this honor to my predecessors and to all of you who are here today. I don’t want you to think that I’m just putting cutlery on the table that you’ve built. I know a lot more about our company than you think, and I’m constantly striving to improve it.
Since we started developing new medical devices in 1997, our technology has been proven globally through various tests and certifications. As a result, we were honored to be selected as one of the top 10 new technologies in Korea in 2008. Now, we are standing tall as Korea’s leading medical imaging & information company, but we won’t stop there; we will set our sights even higher.
In the future, we will focus on producing new technologies and products, but my management policy will add one more thing: fast and accurate service anytime, anywhere, and our customers are the standard of our company. Listening to our customers’ needs and providing services that exceed their expectations should be our ultimate goal.
Our experience in building solutions and services for various medical organizations, as well as the best technical talent in the field of medical imaging & information in Korea, are our unique know-how to respond to customer needs quickly and promptly. Dear Employees, With a new CEO in place, many changes can be scary. I don’t intend to make any drastic changes that employees might reject, but I will start making small changes that are necessary for the company’s development. I will not be afraid of change, but rather use it as an opportunity to take the company to the next level.
I recognize that there are some bad habits in place that need to be broken. But rather than uprooting them all at once and risking backlash from the leadership team, I’ll work to move the company forward in small increments. I’ll need your help as much as I need your determination and commitment. Together, we must shape the future of this company. There’s no limit to what we can accomplish together, and it’s in your hands. Thank you.

The warmth of the sun shining down gently and the cool breeze gently brushing the tips of our noses make us feel that fall has arrived. After a hot summer, the cool autumn breeze opens the way to work and strengthens our will to face new challenges. This feeling of renewal always seems to come with the changing of the seasons, giving us time to prepare for change.
Before we know it, we’ll be celebrating another fall, and I hope it’s as bountiful and relaxing as the autumn sunshine, with lots to be thankful for. It’s a time to spend time with family and remind ourselves of the importance of each other. It’s a time when we are reminded that everything we do is ultimately for our loved ones, and it’s also a time when we are reminded of our goals and visions, and we are reminded to keep our eyes firmly on the prize.
It is with this sense of urgency that I stand before you at this unabashedly lavish inauguration ceremony. Our company pursues the happiness of every family in the world by cultivating and nurturing dreams and hopes together. With this sense of mission, we have grown with the trust of our customers, dreaming of a better tomorrow every day.
Since 1980, when we launched as the first company specializing in baby apparel and supplies in Korea, we have built up outstanding brand recognition and the largest distribution network in Korea over the past 30 years, steadily maintaining our market share advantage within our industry based on our authenticity and reliability. And as we move beyond Korea to become a global brand, we have partnered with a French brand to further strengthen our dominance in the baby market.
Our company has been, and will continue to be, a growing family, and we need to be like parents in order to produce and sell better products. Some of our employees are married and have children, while others are not yet married. However, since we produce baby products and clothing, we have to be moms and dads more than anyone else.
No matter what we produce, it has to be underpinned by the idea of “if it were my child” – would I dress my child in this outfit, would I buy my child this toy? This is how we can truly connect with our customers and earn their trust. When customers choose our products, we believe they’re not just buying something, they’re buying the value we deliver.
Of course, you’ve done a great job so far, and thanks to you, our company is growing beyond Korea and into the world. But we shouldn’t be satisfied with this position. We need to be a better company, a better product, a company that cares about our children. What we do now is an investment in the future. We must continue to innovate and improve so that when our children grow up, they can trust and love our products.
Our company will undergo many changes after my arrival, starting with a structural reorganization, which will allow us to open up the ideas that are hidden in the back of our minds. Of course, it may be difficult to adapt at first. But I hope you’ll think of it as a labor of love on the way to becoming a better company.
As September comes to a close, I hope your hearts are as bountiful and relaxed as your minds are bountiful. This concludes my inaugural address. Thank you very much.

Hello, everyone. My name is ○○○. I hope you had a good Lunar New Year holiday. Many people around me say that it didn’t feel like a holiday at all because the economy is so difficult. I hope the economy recovers quickly so that everyone can enjoy the joy of the holiday to the fullest.
It’s customary for a new president to give an inauguration ceremony and announce his or her aspirations for the company, but I’m going to give a monthly speech today instead. While the inauguration is a moment that can only be heard and felt by those present, the monthly meeting is an opportunity for all employees to share their thoughts and visions, and I would like to share with you my resolutions to lead this company in a better direction.
When there is a change in leadership, the main concerns and expectations that employees have are, “What will change and how will it affect me?” I deeply empathize with those feelings that you may have as you take on a new role. Change always brings both anxiety and anticipation, which is why I believe it’s important to maintain the stability of an organization while also looking for ways to grow through new changes.
I believe that one of the most important things in management is continuity. Rather than trying to make revolutionary changes in a single moment, I believe that we need to induce new changes in line with the times while maintaining the fundamentals of the organizational culture and management policies that have brought the company to this point. I believe that respecting past achievements and building on them to design a better future is the beginning of true innovation. Therefore, rather than making drastic changes, I want to set the direction we should move forward through gradual and systematic improvements.
Therefore, I will talk about what kind of company I want to make ○○ into one by one after I fully understand the overall management, but today, as the new president, I would like to make a few requests and pledges. I hope that you will think seriously about your current tasks and the direction we will take in the future, and do your best in your respective positions.
First, I want to make sure we’re clear about the message of today’s crisis and change. The stagnation of change we’re experiencing around the world is not just a setback or a temporary pain in the ass, it’s a crisis of survival. It’s not just our company, it’s a common challenge faced by companies around the world. We need to constantly reinvent ourselves in order to survive, and even better, to stay ahead of the competition. From a business perspective, it’s not a question of staying or going, it’s a question of getting out. We need to be clear that we live in an era of so much uncertainty that nothing is safe.
Therefore, the new values of change and innovation, of challenge and creation, rather than diligence and hard work to maintain the status quo, require each individual to thoroughly change his or her thinking and behavior to match, in order to ensure survival. This means that we must go beyond hard work and do it better than anyone else. To do this, we all need to think outside the box and embrace new ideas and ways of doing things. We must not be afraid of change, but rather be agents of change.
Next, I ask you to take to heart the fact that the most important thing about who we are as a business is the trust we have with our customers. I believe that the biggest risk to our company’s growth and development is not competition or machinery, but trust with our customers. If we, who are responsible for the safety of our customers, do anything to violate their trust, no matter what the reason, it will be unforgivable. The moment we lose trust, no amount of technology or innovation will matter. That is why we must always think from the customer’s perspective and build a company that they can trust and rely on.
I am personally very honored to work for such a great company with a long history and tradition, and as the captain of the new ○○, I will do my best to make sure we reach the destination you all want to reach safely and quickly. The important thing is that we are on this journey together. I know that without your hard work and dedication, we won’t achieve any of our goals.
I invite you to join us in making ○○ the best company it can be by renewing your spirit of change and creation. CEO Inauguration Seasonal Greetings from the CEO

The Chinese New Year has come and gone, but I can feel the bitter cold seeping into my body thanks to the cold wave. The temperature is still showing no signs of rising, and people on the streets have yet to shed their winter coats. It’s a chilly morning, hard to believe it’s April, and this unexpected cold snap sometimes seems to harden our hearts. Just as the plants that have survived the winter months are coming back to life in the spring, it’s time for us to pick ourselves up off the ground and aim higher.
Still, the softening of the sunlight through my morning window and the lengthening of the days into the early evening reminds me that spring is just around the corner. These longer days make me feel like the days are longer and I have more time on my hands. It’s a time of year when we all naturally start to make new plans and dream of moving forward, filled with anticipation for the future. With this excitement comes the need to do our best to turn the hard work we’ve been putting in to fruition.
It is a great honor to be back with you, my dear Corps family, and I owe all of this to my colleagues. I’m back where I started six years ago, feeling the excitement and overwhelm of the moment, and with the great gift of a “third term” thanks to your encouragement and support, I’m starting anew. Together with you, I hope to build on our past experiences and make even greater leaps forward. Our future together will be one of even stronger ties and cooperation, with all of us moving forward in unison.
I love you and our factory with all my heart. With this precious rekindling of our relationship, we will work together with you to create a Great Company with unlimited possibilities: a Great Company where customer happiness begins with our customers, where they enjoy and keep coming back; a Great Company where employees work autonomously and proactively; a Great Company where we are an indispensable and respected organization in our communities with sustained performance; a Great Company that we dream of together. I am convinced that if we all run toward our dreams with eager desire, it will become a reality.
If we are to become a Great Company, it is important who we go with and how we go. I would like to promote the core strategy of “revitalizing and strengthening the organization through people-centered management” that we have been promoting so far by deepening our well-groomed people and the organizational culture they are creating. This strategy is not just a direction for management, but a foundation for all members to grow and develop together. By playing our respective roles, we will make the entire complex move like one big family.
I believe that people are made in the sky, but a well-made person is made with an organization, and for us to be well-made, we must embrace change. We need to fill our culture with a spirit of change so that change is not a threat, but a welcome one. Change is sometimes scary, but when we turn that fear into an opportunity, we can achieve greater growth. Only when we can adapt to new environments and find our value in them will we be able to truly thrive.
I will be at the center of change and I will strive to be your backdrop, like a spring flower returning its most cherished flowers as manure to the field that nurtured it. The knowledge and experience we share together will ultimately make us all better. A culture of learning, teaching, and growing together will make our organization stronger.
When I wake up in the morning, I want to wake up to a company that I want to go to work for, a public company that young people want to work for, a company that I am proud of, and a company that I want to run again and again with a constant longing, without losing the initial excitement that I felt when I started here. Presidential Inauguration Seasonal Greetings from the CEO

It’s December and the weather is getting colder, so naturally the clothes we wear are getting colder and thicker. Whether it’s because we’re wearing so many layers or because we’re wearing thicker clothes, our bodies feel heavier than usual. Our eyelids are heavier to wake up in the morning, our limbs are heavier to slip out of the warm blankets, and our hips are heavier to get out of the warm chair. Along with these heavier bodies, our minds are also heavier, and while this is a natural part of the changing of the seasons, it’s also a great opportunity to take stock of ourselves and get ready for the new year.
We want you to be stronger, but lighter, and not as cold. And most importantly, remember that after this winter comes a new spring, and your mind and body will be stronger for having survived the cold.
I wish you a December that is as warm at heart as it is cold. I think today is the warmest day of the year. It is only because of your guidance and support that I have assumed the role of CEO today, and I am overwhelmed with honor. I am also worried that I am not up to the task and that I have taken on too heavy a burden, but I am confident that this heavy burden will make me grow and drive our company to further development. I’m going to have to work even harder to keep in mind that this is just the beginning.
The word “end” is the first thing people think of when December rolls around. Everything has a beginning and an end. But for me, December is not an end, it’s a new beginning. Before we begin a new beginning, I reflected on the history of our company ○○ and realized that it is not just a memory of the past, but a beacon that illuminates our present and future.
If I had to describe it in one word, I can only say that it’s a story of ‘fireworks’. We had a very humble beginning, but the strength of our first chairman, who never gave up, and the hard work of our employees eventually made us what we are today. I feel like I’m just putting a spoon on top of a fully set table, which makes the pressure even more intense. I have to run harder and harder so that I don’t live up to the reputation of the first chairman.
As the one who took over the management baton in these turbulent times, I intend to gather all the talents, personalities, and strengths of our employees and use them to move forward and move forward. We are all members of this company and colleagues, and it is time to pull together. If we do our best in our respective positions and encourage each other, we will surely achieve greater things.
These are turbulent times, and if we remain defensive, our path to prosperity may become stagnant.
